The Executive Recruitment Process:

Defining Goals & Objectives
The goal at the start of each search process is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of our client’s needs. This includes an understanding of the corporate culture, as well as the specific business objectives. Through constant communication and maintaining a consistent flow of information throughout the search process we ensure that expectations are being met.

Market Analysis
An extensive research process provides clients with a viable list of potential candidates, a full understanding of the marketplace and how their competition is staffed, thus helping them understand all of the human capital options available to them.

Evaluation and Presentation
We conduct a thorough screening to understand each candidate’s background, motivations and their competency in relation to their peers. Candidates are interviewed and cross-referenced through numerous meetings and conversations. A short list of viable and highly qualified candidates is then presented.

Negotiation and Closing
One of the most important parts of the search process is the resignation process. By taking into account the goals of our client and the motivations of the candidate we work diligently and tactfully to achieve a successful contract agreement and resignation process.
